All financial transactions on the mag88 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the withdrawal request has been submitted and confirmed.

Payment methods accepted by mag88 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet as the original deposit source, except in certain circumstances approved by mag88 management. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering activities.

For the mag88 Welcome Bonus, the following terms apply:

• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received — not the total deposit amount.
• Example: Deposit RM100, receive bonus RM200, account balance RM300. Wagering requirement = RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM400, receive bonus RM300 (maximum cap), account balance RM700. Wagering requirement = RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the bonus after the wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal. The mag88 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback from Bronze to Platinum tier, with rates of up to 1.5% for Platinum members.

In all game outcomes, the decision of the system or game provider recognised by mag88 is final. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted to the customer support team within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the incident.

mag88 members are required to interact with the platform, support team and other members in a respectful and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening or abusive language towards any customer support representative or other members.

• Registering an account using another person's identity or using false documents.
• Carrying out any activity that negatively affects the experience of other users on the platform.

mag88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or any action deemed harmful to the platform. In such circumstances, mag88 reserves the right to hold any balance in the account until the investigation is complete.

Members may also request to voluntarily close their own account by contacting the customer support team. Before account closure is carried out, any valid balance not subject to restrictions will be returned to the relevant payment method.
